Sound Baths are a beautiful full body experience with 7 different crystal bowls singing sounds from all different hertz ranges to help heal and calm the mind, body and spirit.

You will lay down finding a comfortable position. Maybe using blankets, pillows, and even an eye mask so you can fully feel the experience without any distractions if you are comfortable doing so. (One will be provided if so and is yours to keep) Once you find your Zen we will begin the session. Let any emotions, feelings, or even let sleep sneak in for a visit. It is a safe place for you!

Sound baths can happen anywhere you'd like or feel comfortable with. In your home, a park, yard, greenhouse, friend’s house, under a full moon or new, etc. Will travel with groups for retreats. Send me an email for more information including travel arrangements and fees.
